Everything DiSC Essentials

Another option for those who don't need to be formally accredited is to take the Everything DiSC Essentials programme. This provides foundational DiSC® knowledge and an overview of the Everything DiSC suite of reports to help you select and facilitate the best DiSC solutions to meet the needs of your own clients.

This self-directed learning course contains 2-3 hours of online, engaging activities. With flexible access to the online Everything DiSC Training Centre, you can work through the course at your own pace. After you have completed the programme you will have ongoing access so you can return at any time to refresh yourself.

During the programme you will learn to :

Use Everything DiSC profiles and their applications in the workplace
Understand how to respond to the most commonly asked questions about the DiSC model and Everything DiSC report interpretation
Enhance your learners' DiSC experience through support reports
Consider strategies for keeping DiSC alive in your learners' organisation
An optional Kick-Off Webinar will be offered to participants who would like a tour of the online Everything DiSC Training Centre and an opportunity to ask questions in real-time.

Course enrolment takes place weekly on Wednesday mornings US Central Time, at which time you will receive a login invitation from the Everything DiSC Training Centre. If you register on a Wednesday after 8:00 am US Central Time, your enrolment will be on the following Wednesday.

Following the course you will be ready to use DiSC profiles in your own organisation. We will happily support you with the administration or we can set you up with your own EPIC account to have complete control over the process yourself.
