What's different about Everything DiSC?
Everything DiSC is a suite of assessments that focus on understanding behaviour to improve performance in the workplace. The reports are based on an online self-assessment that is grounded in over 40 years of experience and produce a 90% satisfaction rating from the hundreds of thousands of people that have taken them across the world.

The DISC model, along with the presentation of the results, has continuously evolved since the original model was developed by psychologist William Moulton Martson in his book Emotions of Normal People in 1927. Today, the reports are based on the DiSC Map and are intentionally designed to be easy to understand and apply. While understanding our behaviours can be helpful, our personal development and impact on the workplace come from implementing the strategies that are contained in each of the reports.
